Synthesized here. Not just finished here.

Three categories. Only one tells you where the molecule was actually built. Most peptide brands are quietly in the first two. We are in the third.

WHAT TO ASK ANY SUPPLIER

The questions that separate real from rebranded.

Before you buy from anyone, including us, ask these six questions. If they can't answer them on the spot, walk.

  • Where is the molecule synthesized?

Not where it is bottled. Where the actual peptide chain is assembled. The honest answer is a city and a facility, not a country.

  • What is the source of the raw amino acids?

Domestic sourcing means a documented U.S. vendor. Imported amino acids reintroduce the same supply-chain risk you were trying to avoid.

  • What is the purity verification method?

HPLC at minimum. Mass spec ideally. A certificate-of-analysis (COA) should be available per lot, on request, without friction.

  • What is the storage and shipping protocol?

Lyophilized powder is shelf-stable in transit; long-term storage at -20°C. Sealed vials under inert atmosphere preserve the molecule. A supplier shipping reconstituted product without refrigeration is a degradation risk.

  • What does "Made in USA" actually mean here?

Ask the supplier to define their own claim. If the answer is "we bottle it here," it is American-Finished, not American-Made.

  • Will you put your synthesis location in writing?

Verbal claims and website copy are not contracts. A supplier confident in their chain of custody will sign a statement of origin.

THE THREE CATEGORIES

Direct. Finished. Or actually made here.

Once you start asking the questions above, every peptide supplier falls into one of three buckets. The labels overlap; the practices don't.

RED FLAG

DIRECT FROM CHINA

What most "U.S. brand" peptides actually are.

  • Synthesized in unregulated overseas facilities
  • Raw material origin unverifiable
  • No chain of custody from synthesis to ship
  • Contamination risk: heavy metals, residual solvents, endotoxins
  • Repackaged and resold under U.S. brand names

SLEIGHT OF HAND

"AMERICAN-FINISHED"

The marketing loophole the industry hides behind.

  • Peptide synthesized abroad, usually China
  • Imported as raw powder, vialed in the U.S.
  • Labeled "Made in USA" on a technicality
  • Same upstream supply chain as direct imports
  • You pay a U.S. markup for a Chinese product

OUR STANDARD

AMERICAN-MADE

What we actually do. End to end.

  • Solid-phase synthesis in a U.S. facility
  • Domestic amino-acid sourcing
  • HPLC-verified >99% purity per batch
  • Lyophilized under inert atmosphere
  • Full chain of custody, molecule to vial

If a brand can't tell you where the molecule was synthesized, not where it was bottled, assume the answer is China.

OUR STANDARD

What "American-Made" means here.

Every compound on this site begins as a string of individual amino acids, sourced from a domestic vendor, that we assemble inside our U.S. facility using solid-phase peptide synthesis. There is no imported powder. There is no contract overseas manufacturer. There is no relabeling step.

After synthesis, each batch is purified by high-performance liquid chromatography until purity exceeds 99%. Mass spectrometry confirms molecular identity. The compound is then lyophilized, freeze-dried under an inert atmosphere into a stable powder, and sealed into individual vials.

From the order desk through synthesis, purification, fill, and shipping, the chain of custody is documented. We can tell you where every gram of every batch came from. Most peptide companies cannot. That is the entire difference.
