How we pack, ship, track, and handle returns. Lyophilized powder shipped sealed and shelf-stable, from our facility to your loading dock.

Shipping

All orders ship from the United States. Compounds are lyophilized (freeze-dried) to a stable powder, sealed in pharmaceutical-grade vials under inert atmosphere, and ship shelf-stable, no special handling required in transit.

Lead time

Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after that window or on weekends ship the next business day.

Transit time

Standard ground shipping: 3–5 business days to most U.S. destinations. Expedited options are available at checkout. The lyophilized powder is stable at ambient temperature for the full transit window.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed automatically when your shipment leaves our facility. If you don't see it within 24 hours of order confirmation, check your spam folder, then email us.

International Orders

We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders ship domestically within the United States only.

International researchers and institutional accounts can contact us to discuss case-by-case arrangements.

Packaging

Every order ships in protective packaging. Vials are individually cushioned to prevent breakage in transit. Outer packaging is unmarked and discreet, no logos, no product references on the exterior.

The interior packing slip lists the contents and lot numbers. The COA can be included in the box on request; otherwise it's available by email after shipment.

Returns

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns of opened vials. Once a vial's seal is broken, the product's integrity can no longer be verified.

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less return-shipping costs. To initiate a return, email hello@americanmadepeps.com with your order number.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, photograph the package and contents before unpacking further and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace damaged product at no cost.

If a shipment is lost in transit (tracking shows extended inactivity or a confirmed loss), email us with your order number. We will file a carrier claim and ship a replacement once the claim is opened, you do not have to wait for it to close.

Storage Notes

Lyophilized peptides are remarkably stable. They tolerate ambient temperatures during transit without losing potency, which is why we ship sealed dry powder rather than refrigerated product.

On arrival, store lyophilized product at -20°C for long-term storage, or at 2–8°C for short-term storage (up to 30 days). Always follow your laboratory's SOPs.
