Built in America. On purpose.

Why we started American Made Peptides, and the standard we hold ourselves to on every vial that leaves our facility.

Our Mission

We started American Made Peptides because the modern research-peptide market is built on a quiet lie: that the molecule in the vial was made where the label says it was made.

Most peptides sold to U.S. researchers are synthesized in unregulated overseas facilities, overwhelmingly in China, and then imported, vialed, and relabeled by U.S. brands. The molecule is foreign. The chain of custody is opaque. The brand on the box is American only by technicality.

We do it differently. Every compound on this site is solid-phase synthesized inside a U.S. facility from domestically sourced amino acids. The molecule itself is built here, not just bottled here. That distinction is the entire reason we exist.

The cost of synthesis location shows up in your data. Lot-to-lot variability from opaque overseas suppliers introduces noise that researchers spend weeks trying to explain, and contract manufacturers can change between batches without notice. When the same molecule carries the same chain of custody every time, the noise floor drops and the work goes faster. That is a research argument, not a marketing one.

Our Standard

We hold ourselves to a published, measurable standard:

  • U.S. synthesis, end-to-end. From raw amino acid to sealed vial, every step happens on American soil under our own quality system.
  • HPLC purity above 99% per lot. Every batch is purified and verified by high-performance liquid chromatography before it leaves the facility.
  • Mass spectrometry identity confirmation. We confirm molecular identity in addition to purity.
  • Lyophilization under inert atmosphere. Sealed under nitrogen in pharmaceutical-grade injection vials.
  • Shelf-stable shipping. Lyophilized powder sealed under nitrogen, no special handling required in transit.
  • Documented chain of custody. Every lot ships with traceable documentation; a current-lot COA is available on request.

The standard is published because it has to be falsifiable. A supplier that says "we have great quality" without naming the test, the threshold, and the documentation is asking you to take their word for it. We don't ask that. The numbers above are the numbers we publish, and the COA we send with every lot is the receipt.

Our Promise to Researchers

If a competitor can't tell you where the molecule was synthesized, not where it was bottled, not where the company is incorporated, but where the actual peptide chain was assembled, assume the answer is China.

When you order from us, you can ask. We will tell you the city, the facility, and the date of synthesis. We will sign a statement of origin on letterhead if your institution requires one. That is what "American-Made" means here, and that is what makes it worth saying.

We will also tell you which domestic vendor supplied the amino acids for any specific lot, the synthesis date, the HPLC operator's initials on the chromatogram, and the lyophilization run that produced the vial in your hand. None of this is secret. It is just usually unavailable from peptide suppliers, and that gap is the gap we exist to fill.

Our standing offer: if any of our claims about origin, purity, or chain of custody is materially false, we will refund the order and the cost of independent third-party analysis. We have never had to.

What We Don't Do

To be clear about scope, we are a research-chemical supplier, not a compounding pharmacy, not a clinical-trial manufacturer, and not a consumer-products company.

  • We do not sell products for human or animal use.
  • We do not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, or therapeutic recommendations.
  • We are not a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
  • We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
  • We do not synthesize peptides anywhere except the United States.

The research-peptide industry has been damaged by suppliers that blur this line, selling research-use-only product with one hand while implying therapeutic application with the other. We won't, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The legal exposure flows downhill; the data integrity questions flow back to you.

Get In Touch

Technical questions, batch availability, institutional accounts, COA requests, we answer every message in plain language, usually the same business day. The inbox is read by people who can actually answer the question, not a chatbot or a copy-pasted template.

If you're considering an institutional account, mention it in the first email. We'll set up a recurring-order workflow with COAs attached to every shipment automatically, payment terms appropriate for your purchasing department, and a single point of contact who knows your protocol.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern. After-hours messages get triaged the next morning.

Or use the contact form if you'd rather. Either reaches the same inbox.
